What a Fool Believes is the third of Pete's singles and was released in a two CD set in 1998 which included a number of quality remixes as well as Bonus Tracks such as the Soul Classics Move On Up and Just My Imagination. The Bonus tracks are however secondary to what remains a quality Track which totally justified the decision to make it the third release from the Peter Cox Album. What a Fool Beleives is catchy and enjoyable and as with all the other singles is simply taken to a different level by Pete's animated vocals. CD 1 is the easier to come across but it is worth keeping an eye open for CD 2 to complete to collection. A great song this really is not to be missed.
