Desert Blooms is Pete's second album and was released in the wake of his hugely successful appearances in the reality TV show Reborn in the USA in late 2003. The TV show and the subsequent Tour increased interest in Pete's Solo work and Desert Blooms does not dissapoint. It contains some gorgeous tracks written by Pete: the upbeat Shame the Devil shares space on this gorgeous CD with the haunting lyrics of The One That Got Away and the beautiful You're Over Me. Add in some stunning covers including Me and Mrs Jones and the first appearance for several years of a Track written by the 'Cox and Drummie' partnership in the shape of the catchy and unique 'Glow' and you have a collection that simply is not to be missed.
